Directions

• The oil will separate from the solids……Stir It Well, Stir it at least once per day. If it happens to get dry just add a little organic coconut oil to reconstitute(we use the organic, cold pressed, virgin kind).

• Start by using 1 to 2 times per day. It is an abrasive so some gum sensitivity is to be expected. If you experience severe or extended gum sensitivity discontinue use and consult with your dentist.  

• You’ll notice results right away, but remember the whitening happens progressively so be patient and CONSISTENT. It can only work if you use it!

• Your tar is meant to be a toothpaste alternative and will last for 60 uses. 

• Take clear before photos and retake at USE 14. This is the best way to track your progress. You’ll be so happy you did.

• Keep your mouth closed, charcoal gets on everything (for this reason I brush my teeth in the shower) and brush for 2-4 minutes.  The longer the better! RINSE WELL!  Now go show off your fancy, white smile!

  A few word on safety...Tooth tar is 100% natural and safe but  I’d be remiss (and in possible legal trouble) if I did not mention:

• This is not a food product, do not eat OK!

  Directions Tongue Tonic

  • Shake Well

  • Use 1-6 Times Per Day to Freshen Breath

  • Drip 2-5 drops Directly onto Tongue and Swish Around

  • Drip 2-5 drops Directly onto Toothbrush for a Bacteria Killing Boost

  • For Damaged Bleeding Gums Drip 1-2 Drops Directly onto a Flosser Stick and Floss Teeth, at Least Twice Per Day or Until Gum Pain Stops
